On behalf of Prof. Lo and Prof. Chui, the Co-chairs of the Conference, I would like to announce the opening of the Conference for Registration. This is a golden chance to draw scholars, practitioners and professionals from different disciplines relating to outreach work with young people and youth delinquency together sharing and deliberating breakthroughs and the ways ahead in working with young people at risk in this highly challenging generation.
